Finished design for Naked-Candian’s mascot request! Unless of course she points out changes that should be made. I’ve nicknamed this one Myrna, meaning polite, but in the end it’s up to the nudist from canada to name her. Myrna is supposed to have khaki shorts but they look terrible… She has a flower on the left side of her head that pins her hair in place, btw. But yeah! Dressed for warm weather because Canada is really cold! I thought that summed up the blog she represents pretty well… Her hair is white, btw, but I colored it gray to show up better on the background. She’s got flip-flops, too, but her feet wouldn’t work with me…

Lewl. But my text posts don’t really get much attention, so you don’t really have to worry about that. I’ve only gotten… five bites on it. One was Colin trolling me, though, and then big sis who did her best to give me all the information by giving me no information at all. She told me nothing I didn’t already know, but in the end it worked… So the rush does not exist. At all.

And to those who think they’re blog name meaning or what not doesn’t give me enough to work with: CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

You don’t have to request if you don’t want, I was just really surprised at the lack of response since people jumped all over the previous posts circulating around with similar offers on them. If I was a famous author I would publish a book with ten different endings which all went to print with varying degrees of rarity, but not tell the fans about it so that I could watch their confusion as they disagree over how the story ended. Then when they figured it out I would ‘come clean’, telling them that I had released eleven alternate endings and watch them panic again as they all try to find the last ending.

This is perfect.

I have zero self confidence. But when I tell people that they should be confident in themselves, it’s not because I’m a hypocrite; it’s because I know it’s rather awful to have no confidence in yourself, and that everyone has their own unique qualities. It’s just hard to fall for my own pep talks.

I’ve been finding it near impossible to concentrate lately and will sometimes zone out completely when inking and forget what I’m doing. Somehow, it turns out better than usually so I guess it’s okay. (Hidden confession here is that I inked most of Meruru’s birthday present while zoned out and somehow it worked. @.@)
